These details form the header of your exported PDF and Word attendance sheets. Each host's sheets use their own branding.
What appears on the sign-in sheet document
- Logo — top-left of every page
- Organization name, address and contact line — the letterhead
- Document title — “Attendance / Sign-In Sheet”
- Meeting, Venue, Date and Organizer / Host (your name)
- Summary — total attendees, within-geofence count, generated timestamp
- Attendee table — your configured fields + sign-in time + location result
- Footer — your footer text + page numbers, on every page
